CBRE Named One of Fortune’s Most Admired Companies

FortuneFortune magazine recently released its 2016 ranking of Most Admired Companies and for the fourth consecutive year CBRE made the list. Every year Fortune’s survey ranks companies on nine different criteria. CBRE was the top-rated real estate firm for people management and also scored notably well on quality of services, quality of management, financial soundness and innovation.

“We are extremely proud of this recognition from Fortune, and particularly the industry-leading scores we achieved in people management. Our strong performance in this highly regarded program is a testament to the high value we place on having the best people and our focus on producing exceptional client outcomes,” said Bob Sulentic, President and Chief Executive Officer of CBRE.

Drawing from a base of some 1,500 companies, Fortune evaluated a total of 652 companies from 30 countries. Fortune surveys board directors, executives and financial analysts to determine the rankings.

Locally here in Boston, Andy Hoar, President/Co-Managing Partner of CBRE/New England, added:

Under Bob Sulentic’s leadership, CBRE is singularly focused on being recognized as a world-class organization. We are proud to be a partner of the preeminent global commercial real estate service provider and appreciate the opportunity that provides CBRE/New England to deliver sophisticated solutions to our clients.
